"I have let this sit for sometime so I didn’t write out of anger. I was involved in a not at fault accident in September. State Farm covered roughly 25% of my total claim. Not only did I not have a car for months, but I have had to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket to try to return my vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident. It’s still not completely fixed, but financially, I don’t have the money to continue to put into it. After this accident, State Farm chose to drop me. I realize that maybe Joel‘s office has no control over the decisions made with my case, but what bothers me the most is that I had so much trouble communicating with State Farm and it was infuriating the entire time to try to resolve my case and I asked for Joel to call me and it never happened. I run my own small businesses insurance through Joel, as well as, I had property insurance and car insurance through him. I will compliment his staff and especially Kerry because she’s always very helpful. The other thing that really bothered me is that I submitted an address change for my business insurance when it happened and an old employee of theirs, never changed it and that frustrated me too."
